I have taken a leadership role with Greenopia, driving all aspects of the business from concept to product design, as well as business model and investment pitch.  With Sparket and Segmental I have helped with fundraising and go-to-market efforts, including market positioning, sales strategy and pricing.

I single-handedly conceived of, built a case for and put together the strategy and governance for a brand new services data infrastructure which became central to all services teams at Google.  It moved the entire classification system from a hierarchical non-governed system to a centrally managed taxonomy in a fixed matrix structure, allowing for holistic insights and connected systems.

Made a case for a dedicated, funded workstream to work cross functionally to unlock safe revenue opportunities by harmonizing Google Ads Policies, prioritizing those opportunities that were blocked by infrastructure or unnecessary overflagging.

Led, mentored and managed a diverse team of 23 professionals including product specialists, analysts, and operations experts, fostering innovation and operational excellence.

Led sales support for the EMEA region and drove offshoring solutions to drive efficiency
